Short Film: Hadley's Home
Via a grant from the Pritzker Pucker Studio Lab, I recently wrote and directed a short film called “Hadley’s Home”, which will be screened at numerous festivals in the next year. “Hadley’s Home” is an exploration of the impact of a mental health event on a female family unit, following 9-year-old Emma as her sister Hadley returns home from the hospital. New Play: CRASHING IN
CRASHING IN, is an all-female, fragmented, surrealist play that asks what happens when the past crashes into the present, and what we do when we feel we can’t escape the cards we were dealt. It is going to be produced by Vertigo Productions at Northwestern University in February 2025!

New Play: sisterhood
My new play sisterhood recently received a staged reading at Northwestern University. The show is a modern adaptation of Louisa May Alcott’s Little Women an explores the experiences of girlhood that bond women of all ages

Poetry Project: 'unification'
This summer, I will be working full-time on a poetry project about queerness in Houston, Texas. My work will be generated with the support of various methods of creative research, including interviews and archival exploration.

A portion of my piece, “Woman In Red”, was published in The Frontline, a literary magazine based outside of Houston, Texas. My piece combines prose and lyricism to explore the imagery of feminine success.

Head Writer: The Waa-Mu Show
For two years, I worked as a writer on Northwestern’s Waa-Mu Show, the biggest student-written musical in the country. My sophomore year, I was selected as a head writer for the musical “Romance En Route”.
